What happens in the class?

The Zumba Way combines a range of dance styles, such as salsa, reggaeton, cumbia, merengue, hip-hop, and more.

The class is suitable for anyone who wants to get fit in a fun way, and forget about any stress. And it doesn’t matter if you've done Zumba before or if you're a complete beginner, because in Zumba there's no right or wrong! The key is to enjoy yourself, and have a smile on your face at the end of the class, which our instructor does their best to ensure. Don’t forget your water as it'll be intense!
