What happens in the class?

If you’re looking for a high-intensity workout that will help tone your body and shed fat, this is the class for you!

Circuits is a high-energy, fast-paced class where you work your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time.

This classic class is a fun way to work out!


Circuit training consists of multiple muscle movement groups, meaning you'll get a full body workout.
