What happens in the class?

Our high intensity interval training (HIIT) class will strengthen and tone your core muscles in a short space of time - you'll still be burning calories long after you finish a workout!

You'll work hard in intense bursts of activity followed by a brief recovery time to kick your metabolism into overdrive.


HIIT workouts can burn more calories in a shorter space of time. They can help you lose fat and increase your cardiovascular strength.
