Our new sports complex supports and enables excellence in sport, health and fitness degrees for our student, in addition to teaching and research.
As well as being a state-of-the-art teaching building, the gym, sports halls and fitness studios are open to everyone.

Please note, the Solent Gym will close at 5pm on Sunday 21 December and will reopen at the usual time of 9am on Monday 5 January.
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 10.30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9am to 8pm
Gym opening times
Monday to Friday: 9am to 10.30pm (last entry 10pm)
Saturday: 9.30am to 7.30pm (last entry 7pm)
Sunday: 9am-5pm (last entry 4.30pm)
Getting to the complex is easy
We are located next to Solent University on our East Part Terrace campus.
Driving: Those who are travelling with a sat nav should use the postcode SO14 0YN. The university operates a pay-to-park scheme on the main campus - find our more about parking times and charges.
Bus: There's a stop directly outside our East Park Terrace campus for the Unilink U6 bus. Bus stops for other southampton services are just a short walk away. Find your bus.
Train: Southampton Central station is just a 10-15 minute walk away. Plan your train times.
Cycling: If you're cycling, we've got plenty of places to store your bike on our campus.
