Insanity Live allows everyday fitness enthusiasts to enjoy the nature and athleticism of drills training to achieve weight loss and overall fitness and wellness benefits. It's based on the principles of max interval training - where you work as hard as you can for three-minute intervals with 30-second periods of rest in between.
Insanity Live offers total body conditioning, complete with high intensity cardio moves for anaerobic endurance, plyometrics for power, body weight strength moves, balance work, agility drills, coordination movement patterns, a focus on core strength and stability focus, and a cool down with static stretch.
Insanity workouts will push you to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results and a more efficient metabolism.
