This low-impact, high-intensity calorie-burning class is a great way to get the most out of your workout, whatever your fitness level.

The class incorporates short intervals of intense all-out effort, mixed with periods of recovery. The high-intensity sections use the beat of the music to motivate you to work hard and get fit fast! 


If you're looking to lose a few pounds, cycling is a great way to start. You'll also increase your cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and flexibility, joint mobility and reduce stress levels.
